Delivery Information
We guarantee to despatch your children's party supplies (subject to availability) within 1-2 working days of receipt, in practice it will usually be the same day if received before 1pm (Mon - Fri) or the next working day. We will contact you by email on the day of despatch, so please ensure you have provided an accurate email address. There are no despatches on a Saturday or Sundays and Bank Holidays We are happy to leave parcels with a neighbour if requested. If you request us to leave a parcel anywhere outside or in sheds etc we will do this at your own risk and cannot accept claims for missing parcels (Not for Next Working Day services as a signature will be required). Please leave a note in the box during checkout..
