We guarantee to despatch your children's party supplies (subject to availability) within 1-2 working days of receipt, in practice it will usually be the same or next working day. We will contact you by email on the day of despatch, so please ensure you have provided an accurate email address.

We are happy to leave parcels with a neighbour if requested, please leave a note in the box during checkout. If you request us to leave a parcel anywhere outside or in sheds etc we will do this at your own risk and cannot accept claims for missing parcels.

Orders receive priority packing and are sent by Royal Mail First Class Post or we may use other carriers. Royal Mail state that items will be delivered the next day and this is generally the case but this is not a guaranteed service so please allow at least 2 working days and if your order is urgent we reccomend you use the Next Day by 1pm service,.

Orders placed by 1pm will be delivered the next working day by 1pm.
Orders placed Friday by 1pm delivered Monday,(For Saturday delivery see below) orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday by 1pm.

You will need to collect your parcel from your local Royal Mail delivery office if no-one is available to sign for the parcel at delivery time.

if your order weighs more than 2kg we will send your parcel with DHL so the cut off time will be 11am.
