Delivery

We guarantee to despatch your children's party supplies (subject to availability) within 1-2 working days of receipt, in practice it will usually be the same day if received before 2pm (Mon - Fri) or the next working day. We will contact you by email on the day of despatch, so please ensure you have provided an accurate email address.
There are no despatches or deliveries on a Saturday or Sundays and Bank Holidays.
We are happy to leave parcels with a neighbour if requested. If you request us to leave a parcel anywhere outside or in sheds etc we will do this at your own risk and cannot accept claims for missing parcels (Not for Next Working Day services as a signature will be required). Please leave a note in the box during checkout.

Allow up to 5 working days from despatch of your order to avoid disappointment, if your party is within one week we do not recommend this option.

Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered the next working day, this is an all day delivery service, we cannot provide exact delivery times.
Orders placed Friday by 2pm will be delivered the following Monday, orders placed Friday after 2pm or Saturday and Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday, please allow an extra day if Monday is a bank holiday.

Orders are normally sent by Courier using a tracked service and a signature will be required on delivery, takes around 3 - 7 days.

Delivery To The USA and Canada.
Courier Service From £35.00 for a maximum parcel weight of up to 2kg
Delivery times to the US depend on location, major cities should receive delivery in 3 - 4 days but other areas can take longer and we would advise you allow 10 days.

Delivery To Australia, New Zealand and Singapore
Courier Service From £45.00 for a maximum parcel weight of up to 2kg

Orders are sent by Courier using a tracked service and a signature will be required on delivery. Allow up to 10 Days for delivery.

If we are unable to despatch your order within the designated time we will contact you via email within 24 hours, so please make sure we have a valid email address to contact you. If we offer an alternative that is not acceptable, your order may be cancelled with no further obligation.
Kids Party Shop shall not be liable for delay or failure to deliver products promptly if such failure arises due to force majeure or by reason of any delays occasioned by strikes, riots, lockouts or other labour trouble, war, fire, accident, mechanical failure, non-availability to Kids Party Shop of manufactured stock, parts, or materials; delay or failure of delivery of the products to Kids Party Shop by manufacturers suppliers or other persons; government action, legislation or regulation of any kind; Act of God, or any circumstances whatsoever outside our reasonable control, this includes delays due to bad weather.
If your parcel is returned as not delivered because of a failure to respond to a card, telephone message or email by either the the courier or Kids Party Shop then the purchaser agrees to pay any returns charges imposed by the carrier or Royal Mail and if re-delivery is required any further delivery charges.
